Fixed: Additional start layers for more natural navigation

Add cija tilemap from https://tiles.rc3.world/community/bytewerk/
Add mapUtilities and worldExit from https://tiles.rc3.world/structures/
- Replace all those princesses with semantic tiles from mapUtilities
Add food & beverages from https://tiles.rc3.world/community/cert/imgs/food_and_drinks/
- Manually packed into one larger tilemap
Add a custom hand-made tilemap with CCC Basel specific content
- Big Red Button (sublty animated)
- TPaaS (animated) & a stack of blank & printed paper
- 3D Printer & filament spools
- Server rack (animated)
- Crepe machine (animated)
- Lasercutter
- Pizza and kebap signs used in the outdoor map

Outdoor map:

Roughly modeled after the surroundings in Muttenz
- River instead of a road
- Market place instead of Migros
- Pizza place across the street/river
Contains the world exit back to the main lobby
- Link set according to https://howto.rc3.world/exitUrls.html, but untested since this only works in PROD by design
Wayposts for navigation
- When standing on a waypost, the player gets a external URL popup showing an enlarged rendering of the waypost with actual readable text.

Other changes:

Get rid of all those princesses and replace them with the rC3-specific semantic tiles:
Turn each room (main, workshop, outdoor) into its own map due to bugs occuring when jumping around within the same map
